Terms and Conditions of the "FLY WITH PROPNEX" Lucky Draw Campaign

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the “FLY WITH PROPNEX” Lucky Draw campaign ("Campaign"), organised by PropNex Realty Pte Ltd ("PropNex").

The Campaign commences from 9 August 2025 11 am Singapore Time and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11.59 pm Singapore Time (“Campaign Period”).

By registering for this Campaign, each registrant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these T&Cs, and consents to be automatically enrolled as a PropNex Friend. In the event of any dispute regarding these T&Cs, conduct, results, prizes (including type, value and number of prizes), and all other matters relating to the Campaign, the decision of PropNex shall be final.

PropNex reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs, prizes, definitions, or other information at any point before, during or after the Campaign Period, and any variation or amendment will be effective and binding without PropNex having to provide any prior notice to the Entrant.

1. Eligibility :
  • The draw is open to all Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Employment Pass Holders aged 18 years and above. Individuals who are under 18 years old can register for the Campaign, but will only be eligible to win a prize (or prizes) if they are 18 years old at the date of the lucky draw.
  • All Employment Pass Holders must have a valid pass at the time of draw
  • PropNex reserves the sole and absolute right and discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Campaign and may at any time during the Campaign (this can be before, during or after the Draw), disqualify any Entrant from the Campaign without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
2. Lucky Draw Mechanism :
  • There is a total of ONE (1) pair of Business Class round-trip tickets from Singapore to the specified destination in Europe to be won during the Campaign.
  • All Entrants who registered between from 9 August 2025 11 am Singapore Time and ends on 31 December 2025 at 11.59 pm Singapore Time (“Campaign Period”) will get 1 x chance for the lucky draw during registration, once the Entrants submit a screenshot of the “FLY WITH PROPNEX” Social media campaign shared on his/her social media page
  • Entrants who submit a photo of their selfie on a Singapore Airlines flight watching the Singapore Showcase PropNex documentary will get 1 x chance
  • Entrants who submit a screenshot of the PropNex Story on Channel 5 social media campaign will get 1 x chance
  • Entrants who submit a photo of their selfie watching the PropNex Story on Channel 5 on 17 December or 21 December 2025 will get 1 x chance
  • The tickets (which will be in the form of travel vouchers) are not transferable.
  • Winners are required to collect the prize letter within 14 days after being notified, book the ticket within 90 days of notification of their winning, travel within 6 months upon booking.
  • PropNex reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants by requiring information such as email, phone number and NRIC before the Prize is issued.
  • Any Prize which is not claimed or the Winner otherwise does not accept the Prize won by the end of the stipulated period, the Prize shall be forfeited.
  • PropNex reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or postpone the draw without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Registering as an Entrant :

In order to participate in the Campaign, Entrants must visit the Campaign Website at fly.propnex.com to register.

4. Prize :
  • Each winner will receive ONE (1) pair of Business Class round-trip tickets from Singapore to the specified destination in Europe ("Prize"). All taxes and surcharges are excluded, and are to be borne by the Entrant.
  • The Entrant will be responsible for any taxes applicable to the tickets and any applicable surcharges, fees, rebooking fees, or no-show fees.
5. Announcement :

The winner ("Winner") will be announced on PropNex Social Media on 15th January 2026.

Notification will also be given to the winner within 30 days from the date of announcement via the email provided during registration or any other methods.

If for any reason the email to a Winner bounces back or is otherwise undeliverable, or is not replied to within the period of time stated in the email, PropNex may withdraw the Prize, and the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize.

PropNex will not be liable or responsible to the Winner in any manner whatsoever in such an event, or in the event a Winner is unable to receive their winning notifications or redemption details or fails to redeem their prize for any reason, including (without limitation) as a result of any incomplete or incorrect information provided during registration.

In addition, Entrants who breach any of the T&Cs herein will also be ineligible to any Prizes, and PropNex will be entitled to deal with the Prize in any manner it deems fit.

6. Prize Redemption :
  • ONE (1) pair of Business Class round-trip tickets from Singapore to the specified destination in Europe ("Prize"). Winner to select from ONE (1) of the destinations: specified Europe destination
  • Once the redemption period begins, Winner will receive a unique ticket redemption code via email ("Redemption Code Email"), along with applicable terms and conditions.
  • Each Winner is required to redeem the prize in accordance with processes stated in the Redemption Code Email and according to the instructions provided by PropNex.
  • Each ticket redemption code is not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other item.
  • Winner is entitled to a one-time transfer of his/her winning redemption code to another party. The transfer shall be carried out between the winner, the receiving party and PropNex's appointed travel agency partner.
  • Each ticket redemption code is only available to book ONE (1) pair of Business Class round-trip tickets from Singapore to the specified Europe destination
  • Each itinerary will originate and end in Singapore.
  • The ticket redemption code only applies to tickets booked through PropNex's appointed travel agency partner.
  • Each Winner must book their tickets within 90 days of receiving their prize.
  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable.
  • Rebooking of the travel date may be subject to rebooking fees imposed by PropNex's appointed travel agency partner.
  • The Winner is responsible for all taxes and surcharges applicable to the tickets.
  • Winners who fail to show up for their flight will be treated as forfeiting the Prize, thus further rebooking is not allowed.
  • PropNex reserves the right of final decision should a dispute arise in relation to the redemption of a prize.
  • PropNex will only provide the Prize, and will not bear any other costs in relation to the redemption or use of the Prize.
7. Liability :

During or in connection with this Campaign, if any entry data or winning notifications are lost, inaccurate, corrupted, unidentifiable, or damaged, PropNex shall not have any liability in respect of any Entrant's disqualification or failure to win or redeem a prize.

Neither PropNex nor its directors, employees, agents, or suppliers will have any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Entrant or any other persons entering the Campaign or as a result of accepting any prize. PropNex is not responsible for any medical conditions, costs, or expenses incurred or suffered by any Entrant or any other persons as a result of any event of force majeure; any problems or technical malfunctions; any error in computing chance; any software or email failure; or any combination thereof.

By entering the Campaign, Entrants agree that no claim shall be made against PropNex, its directors, officers, employees, or agents relating to any and all losses or injuries (including special, indirect, and consequential losses), damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.

8. Ownership of content related to Entrants :

All media content created in relation to the Entrants and this Campaign will be the property of PropNex. Content created related to/by the Entrants can be used by PropNex on social media or otherwise at the discretion of PropNex for purposes deem fit by PropNex.

The Entrant hereby agrees to allow PropNex to use their photo and relevant footage for printed collateral, online, and across other marketing and communications, at PropNex's sole discretion and at no cost, and without limit in time, for the benefit of PropNex. By participating in the Campaign, and upon any submission of any information or materials including (but not limited to) data, text, photographs, likeness, messages, or user details, or any other material, the Entrant grants to PropNex a non-exclusive, free of charge, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, communicate to the public, make available, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, and display the same, and with waiver of all moral rights to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

PropNex may require the Winners to take part in reasonable public relations activities and promotional events without any remuneration or payment.

9. Use of Personal Data :

For the purposes of this Campaign, PropNex will collect various personal data from the Entrants. PropNex will use this information for the purpose of identifying each Entrant and for managing the logistics of the Campaign. Failure to provide personal data as requested will result in PropNex being unable to process or accept an entry or award the relevant Prize.

PropNex may also use personal data to analyze the Entrants' preferences and market trends and derive insights, which PropNex may use to tailor the types of products and offers that we present, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy.

In addition, PropNex may collect, use, and disclose the personal data to provide the Entrant with marketing materials and information relating to any promotions, programmes or any services and products developed or offered by PropNex and/or its salespersons from time to time.

Each Entrant confirms that the Entrant has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd and consents to PropNex's collect/use/ disclose (including any transfer) of their personal data for the purposes of the Campaign. 10. Governing Law :

This Campaign and the T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to the Campaign and its T&Cs. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any sole provision in these T&Cs shall not affect the remaining provisions of these T&Cs, which shall persist in full effect. These T&Cs are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.

PropNex reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these T&Cs and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Any variation or amendment will be effective and binding without PropNex having to provide any prior notice to the Entrant.
